Our trainers
Olivia O'Brien (MA Social Work, BSc (Hons) Psychology and Criminology)
With 15 years of frontline and strategic experience of Youth Work and Safeguarding, including 7 years of delivering Youth Work training, Olivia is a passionate trainer who values adding real life experiences into her course delivery.


Ruth Cross (PGDip Counselling Children and Young People, BA (Hons) Youth and Community Work with Practical Theology, and JNC)
Ruth uses her 17 years of Youth Work experience and 3 years of Counselling delivery to inform her youth work training, which she has been delivering for 8 years. Her favourite part is upskilling people and seeing the excitement that empowerment brings to workers.
